The Civils, AMU conduct test for Civil Services aspirants

JAMMU, Sept 13: The Civils-an Institute for IAS and KAS coaching in collaboration with Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) today conducted entrance test for aspirants of Civil Services to get admission into free residential coaching programme of Aligarg Muslim University.
Around 500 students appeared at both Srinagar and Jammu Centres of the institute.
Giving the details of the programme, K Bashar, Chairman of the institute said that in order to take the economically weaker students to a level playing field where in a free coaching can be provided to these students, The Civils has collaborated with Aligarh Muslim University.
He informed that in the past as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), The Civils also admitted students in its Star 10 batch for free civil services coaching.
He added that various areas of Indian polity, World/Indian history, Indian geography, science and technology and current affairs were touched in the test.
