SRINAGAR, June 15: Alleging that things are going bad to worse in apple township of Sopore in north Kashmir district of Baramulla, where one more person was shot dead by gunmen this morning, working president of the opposition National Conference (NC) Omar Abdullah said still the Government claimed things were going great.
The former Chief Minister had linked Sopore killings to the statement of Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar that militants will be used to kill militants.
Reacting to today’s killing of a former militant by unidentified gunmen, Mr Abdullah in a tweet said, Another shooting in Sopore! It’s going from bad to worse there & yet apologists for this Govt & it’s CM who will tell you things are great in J&K.
