JAMMU, Nov 18: Three persons were injured, when the Tata-Sumo they were traveling in, skidded off the road and rolled down into gorge near Daksum Vailoo area of district Kishtwar.
The ill-fated vehicle bearing registration number JK02AF 6287 was on its way to Daksum Vailoo from Marwah, when the driver lost control over the steering and the vehicle plunged into gorge near Daksum Vailoo, causing injuries to three persons.
On getting information, police and locals rushed to the spot, started rescue operation and shifted the injured to hospital at Larnoo, where their condition was stated to be out of danger, when reports last came in.
The injured have been identified as Mohammad Iqbal and Ghulam Mohammad of Deherie and Bashir Ahmed Magar of Nowpachi Marwah.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Marwah police station and investigation started.
