JAMMU, Mar 3: Tiny Tots Higher Secondary School celebrated the World Wildlife Day in the School premises, here today.
The School organized a Poster Making and Slogan Writing Competition on the occasion.
Students from Handa College of Education also participated in the Slogan Writing Competition.
O P Sharma, Chief Conservator Forests (eco tourism) was the chief guest on the occasion.
The programme was conducted to sensitize the students about the conservation of fauna and flora.
Mr Sharma chose the winners and the winners in junior category included Zahra Kazmi 1st, Ishita Raina 2nd and Bisma Gul 3rd.
In the senior category, Urfana Qayoom won the first prize, while Ghanshayam Takyal stood second and the third prize was shared by Riya Manhas and Saquib Rafiq Qureshi.
Prize winners among the College students included Sumitra Dass 1st and Anuj Thakur 2nd.
