JAMMU, Mar 29: Association of Industries (AoI), Gangyal (Jammu) has expressed serious concern over the non-clearance of the cheques of industrialists by the Government Treasuries.
General secretary of the AoI in a press statement has expressed concern over the callous attitude of the concerned authorities towards the industrial sector. He said the cheques worth crores have been issued to the local SSI units by the Government Departments against the supply of material but the cheques are of no use as they are not being cleared by the Treasuries. He sought the intervention of DG Accounts and Treasuries in this regard.
