JAMMU, June 7: As a part of the ongoing Himalayan Trekking Programme being organized by Tawi Trekkers J&K in Moungri area of J&K and Manali and Mcleodganj area of Himachal Pradesh, fifth group of trekkers left today for Moungri under the leadership of Shashi Kant, a senior member of the club.
Comprising of 41 students including 11 girls of RM Public School, Chowadi, three teachers of the school namely Arti Rajput, Nisha and Nardeep Singh are accompanying the group.
The group was flagged off by Chairman of RM Public School, Rameshwar Mengi in presence of Principal of the School Ravinder Kour and General Secretary of Tawi Trekkers Shawetica Khajuria.
