JAMMU, Jan 21: The best way to attend problems and grievances of people and to fulfill their economic, social and political aspirations lies in the trifurcation of State by making three independent political units with political, legislative, administrative and financial powers.
This was stated by President of Jammu State Morcha (JSM) Prof Virender Gupta in a statement issued here today.
He said that keeping Secretariat in Jammu during summer and in Kashmir during winter as suggested by the Chief Minister will affect working in the Secretariat and other offices.
Prof Gupta said that only viable solution lies in the bifurcation of the Secretariat and other moving offices, including the High Court and PSC and making the rotational movement of Ministers and Commissioners.
