JAMMU, Apr 10: Tritya Sopan testing camp commenced today at KV Nagrota, in which five schools of Jammu region (East) along with 53 guides and escorts are participating.
On the occasion, AS Gill, DC Jammu region and Divisional Commissioner KVS (Jr) Association of BS&G declared the camp open in presence of JS Verman, Div Org Comm. (Scouts) Jr, RK Shukla, Principal, KV Nagrota and District Chief Comm. East, ID Soni, State Commissioner, Scouts, Sehaj Singh, STC and Dr Harcharan Singh, State Headquarter Comm. Jammu.
While speaking, Gill inspired the guides to become a good citizen and work towards it voluntarily with a positive approach.
A wonderful cultural programme was presented by the guides under the supervision of Shashi Sharma and Vaishali, music teachers and supported by Wilson Mattoo.
At the end, Nimi Kaul, Divisional Training Commissioner, Guides presented vote of thanks.
The whole programme was compared by Anjali Kaul Hak, guides captain.
