JAMMU, May 8: Table Tennis Singles Championship in the men’s category was held at Squash Courts of KC Sports Club, here today.
Twelve players participated in the Championship with immense zeal and competitive spirit.
After the preliminary fixtures, R D Bali drubbed Shubam in the first semifinal with a score of 10-6, 10-8.
The second semi-final was played between Yudhvir Singh and Anil in which Yudhvir Singh emerged winner, trouncing his opponent by 10-7,10-6.
In the final match between R D Bali and Yudhvir Singh which turned out to be a cliff hanger, RD Bali emerged winner, defeating his rival by 10-5, 10-8.
