Two IRP Jawans hurt in road accident

JAMMU, Mar 30: Two Jawans of Indian Reserve Police (IRP) were injured today in a road accident occurred at Paloura area of city outskirts.
According to a police official, Constable Sanjeev Kumar of Ramkote (Kathua) and Constable Gourav Kumar of Bari Brahmana (Samba) got injured badly when a bike on which they were travelling, was hit by another bike at Paloura near KC Sports Club.
He said both the injured police personnel, were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment while Domana police had taken cognizance of the matter.
“Both the police personnel were presently posted as PSOs of Deputy Commandant, 24 Battalion of IRP,” the official added.
