JAMMU, Oct 26: After Pradeep Sharma’s splendid show yester, two more Jammu and Kashmir boxers displayed extraordinary boxing skills to make it to the pre-quarterfinals stage in the ongoing 2nd Elite Men National Boxing Championship being held at Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh.
J&K’s Ashish Jasrotia defeated Odisa Deivse Smartray of RSC in 69 kg category, while Ishtiyaq Malik toppled Rohit of Karnataka in 75 kg category in the 2nd round.
The boxers are being accompanied by Anil Wadhera as coach and Karamat Malik as manager.
