JAMMU, Oct 3: Neha Gupta, daughter of Joginder Gupta and Sushma Gupta, resident of Udhampur excelled in the International Symposium.
She is currently doing (Ph.D) under the supervision of Prof Manoj Kumar at Department of Chemistry, Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar.
She attended the 8th East Asia Symposium on Functional Dyes and Advanced Materials (EAS8, 2017) at CSIR-NIIST, Thiruvana-nthapuram, Kerala, recently.
She first presented a poster over there and later, she was selected among one hundred thirty students for the flash talk presentation on the basis of her performance in poster presentation. After delivering a flash talk along with nine other students, she was awarded with best flash talk award. The award comprises of a certificate and a book Boucher of 50£ (pounds) as sponsored by Journal of Material Chemistry-C, Royal Chemical Society, Cambridge.
