JAMMU, May 27: District Udhampur will take on District Jammu in the finals of the under 14 Divisional Level Inter District Subroto Mukherjee Football Tournament organised by Department of Youth Services and Sports at GGM Science College football ground tomorrow.
Earlier, in the first semis, District Udhampur thrashed District Rajouri by straight 2-0 goals, whereas, in the second semis, District Jammu trounced District Samba by three goals to zero (3-0).
In under 17 years, District Kathua will lock horns with District Jammu in the finals. Earlier, in the first semis, District Kathua registered 3-2 goals victory over District Udhampur, whereas, in the second semis, Jammu District thrashed District Rajouri by straight 2-0 goals.
The matches were officiated by Mohinder Singh, Bharat Bhushan, Kuchay Sharma, Gagandeep, Rohit and Ajay.
Earlier, the tournament was declared open by Ved Parkash, Deputy Director, Department of Youth Services and Sports.
