JAMMU, Sept 27: The decomposed body of an unknown man was recovered today from Belicharana area of city outskirts.
According to a police official, a completely decomposed body of an unknown male was spotted in a canal at Raipur Satwari by some locals. They informed the police which fished out the body and shifted it to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification/postmortem.
In this connection, inquest proceeding under 174 CrPC was initiated by Belicharana police.
