JAMMU, July 15: An unidentified and partially decomposed female body was recovered today from Nikki Tawi near village Lalyal in city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, the body of an unidentified woman aged about 40-45 years was spotted this afternoon by some locals in Nikki Tawi near Village Lalyal.
On getting information from locals, a police team from police post Chatha reached the spot, evicted the body from the water body and shifted it to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification and post mortem.
A case in this regard was registered at concerned police station and further investigations were on.
