Thapkour, (HP), July 28: The Vaishno Group of Colleges (VGC), Thapkour, Himachal Pradesh organised 1st Convocation Ceremony of the institute with 50 students of Engineering being awarded their degrees.
The ceremony was formally inaugurated on the campus premises with an address by College Managing Director, Rahul Pathania and Varun Gupta.
Asha Pathania was the chief guest on the occasion.
Boosting the morale of students, chief guest appreciated the course curriculum of HPTU, Hamirpur and said it was the only way of learning which could make one more productive in the National & International Market.
The Convocation was declared closed by the College Director, Lt Col AK Khajuria, who encouraged the students to go beyond the boundaries of the course content and explore various dimensions of knowledge.
