JAMMU, Mar 9: Prof RD Sharma, Vice-Chancellor, University of Jammu honoured the players of the University of Jammu Fencing (Men) team in an impressive function, here today.
The players who were honoured included Shubam Sharma, Mohd Muzamal, Kamal Kumar and Vikrant for winning the Epee team bronze medal in the All India Inter-University Fencing (M) Championship 2017-18, organized by the GNDU Amritsar, recently.
Dr Sharma honoured the players in the presence of Dr Daud Iqbal Baba, Director Sports & Physical Education, JU, Akhilesh Sharma (PS to the VC) and PD Singh (team manager).
Prof. Sharma lauded the efforts of the players for this achievement.
