RAMBAN, July 5: The vendors held protest at Banihal against ASI of police department for harassing them.
Large number of vendors assembled at Jammu-Srinagar National Highway at Banihal and blocked it.
They raised slogans against ASI Mohammad Sadiq of Police Department for harassing them over petty issues.
After getting information, senior police officials rushed to the spot and pacified the protestors.
Later, the vehicular movement was restored on the National Highway.
