VHP takes serious exception to Dr Abdullah’s statement

JAMMU, July 25: VHP patron, Dr Rama Kant Dubey has taken serious exception to the statement of former Chief Minister and president National Conference (NC), Dr Farooq Abdullah holding policies of PDP and BJP coalition responsible for the waiving of ISIS flags in Kashmir.
Talking to reporters here, today along with VHP leaders Dr Sham Ji Gupta, Dr V K Gupta and Sukh Ram Dr Dubey said Dr Abdullah was misleading the nation with his statement.
Commenting over the statement, Dr Dubey said that since 1947 wrong policies of the successive governments have harmed the interests of nationalist people of Jammu region and not Kashmir and still the people of Jammu remained calm and did not revolt at any point. The Kashmiris who took advantage in every Government are waiving Pakistani or ISIS flags joined the enemy to create large scale disturbances in the State and challenged the unity and integrity of country.
He said the 90 percent Kashmiris got Government jobs while the share of Jammu is neglected and the Kashmiri students are getting admissions in universities outside State and still they are taking the banner of revolt against the nation. Are these wrong policies of Government to which Dr Abdullah was referring, asked VHP leader?.
He said the Kashmiri youth are hoisting ISIS flags on buildings and Dr Abdullah was justifying them. He demanded that Dr Abdullah be booked under the law of the land as this way he was supporting those who are trying to destabilize India.
Dr Dubey also criticized the Union Government for not taking any action against Dr Abdullah and said that ISIS rules will not be allowed in Kashmir. He said the security forces should deal with such elements with heavy hands who are trying to destabilize the country. He said when forces are deployed in Kashmir and on borders why the naked dance of the separatists take place.
He said the security forces should deal with situation independently and with full might. He also urged the Union Government to attack the militant camps in Pak and teach the enemy country a lesson for its misadventures. He said the situation in Kashmir is going from bad to worse and Government should not allow it to become another Afghanistan.
