Vidit gotthe better of Vipin Malhi 3-0 by (78-45, 73-31, 51-23), while Ishan got the better of Inderpal Singh 3-1 by (48-25, 64-34, 50-66, 6-35).
Earlier, in the first match of the day, Stanzin beat Sajid Ali 3-0 by (58-21, 71-40, 50-35), Shehwal Mehmood got the better of his rival 3-0 by (47-12, 53-46, 68-10), Shabaz Ali defeated Rahul Dev Singh by (23-68, 39-64, 57-53, 51-31, 57-40), Ansh Chopra beat Amandeep Singh 3-1, Athar Shafi trounced Ananya Mahajan 3-0, Shubham Dubey beat Salim 3-0, Avish Sahrma outplayed Gurvinder Singh 3-0 and Wasim Iqbal got the better of Gagandeep Singh 3-0.
