JAMMU, Sept 24: Government Central Basic Higher Secondary School, Purani Mandi in collaboration with NRHM organized a symposium on “Save the Girl Child”.
On the occasion, Principal Sikander Lal was the chief guest, while Dr BB Sharma, Manager, NRMH, AU Bhat, State Consultant, NRHM students and faculty members were also present.
In the symposium, Vijander Sharma, Sahil Kumar and Naveen Kumar secured second and third positions respectively.
Cash prizes of Rs 2,500, Rs 2,000 and Rs 1,500 were awarded to first, second and third position holders.
Sameena Amin hosted the function, while Subash Chander, Lecturer presented vote of thanks.
