JAMMU, Nov 8: Vijay Club trounced Param Football Club (FC) by two goals to nil (2-0) in the Super League match of the ongoing senior Division Football League Tournament, being organized by the Jammu wing of Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) at Science College Football ground, here.
Earlier, Tanpreet Singh of Vijay Club pelted a superb goal in 15th minute of the match, while Sanjay Dogra netted another goal in 60th minute to guide his team to (2-0) win. Though, Param FC players also made some good moves, yet failed to score any goal.
The match was officiated by Moon Stephen, Kaushal Sharma, Harmanjeet Singh and Ramesh Kumar, while the tournament is being held under the supervision of Surinder Singh Bunty, organizing secretary.
Churchill Brothers will take on NGR in another Super League match at the same venue tomorrow.
