Vikramaditya holds workers meeting

UDHAMPUR, Sept 22:  Senior PDP leader and MLC, Vikramaditya Singh held a workers meeting at Ramnagar, here today.
After visiting the historic temple of  Narsinh Dev Ji and seeking blessings, he then proceeded to Ramnagar town to address a large gathering of party workers and local public.
Several important local issues were raised in the meeting that included the development of the
Ramnagar-Basantgarh road, development of Dudu-Basantgarh area as a tourism destination and building of Raja Ram Singh stadium.
Issues relating to doctors on duty and ration distribution were also brought up during the discussions.
Vikramaditya Singh highlighted recently introduced schemes by the Mufti Government such as ‘Ladly’ for girl child and insurance cover of Rs two lakh for BPL card holders for the sole earning member of the  family of income below Rs seventy five thousand per year.
The senior PDP leader assured the people that he would take up the important matters raised during the meeting with concerned departments in the Government for their redressal.
He also met with the local administration including the SDM, DySP and SHO to take stock of day-to-day matters relating to Ramnagar.
Prominent among others present in the meeting were PDP district President, Hans Raj, Naseer Wani, Manoj Kumar, Ziyafat Ali, Dalbir Singh, Zubair Chandel, Aijaz Sumbriya, Munishvar Singh, Madan Lal, Sardar Romi, Satpal Charak and Ashok Sharma.
