JAMMU, Apr 20: Sixty seventh Foundation Day of Vishwa Bharati Educational Institute was celebrated with great enthusiasm and gaiety.
The day long programme started with pooja ceremony in the school premises.
The ritual ceremony was performed in the school Campus by the members of governing board and other dignitaries of the institution including JL Koul, Vice President Vishwa Bharati Women’s Welfare Institution; Dr OP Razdan, Dr SK Koul, Secretary Vishwa Bharati Higher Secondary School Jammu; Prof Sunita Kampassi, Principal Vishwa Bharati College of Education and Prof Annapurna Koul Principal Vishwa Bharati Higher Secondary School.
All the staff members of school along with students participated in the Programme.
A ‘hawan’ was organised in school campus and sacred mantras were chanted for the growth and welfare of the institution.
Prashad and sweets were served to all the students and teachers after the completion of Pooja Ceremony.
