UDHAMPUR, June 16: A Volleyball tournament, organized by District Police under the jurisdiction of Police Post Dudu, concluded here today.
The final of the tournament was won by the Kirchi team by defeating Khaned Volleyball team. A total of 10 teams of different Clubs of District Udhampur participated in the Tournament wherein Kulraj Singh, SDM Dudu was the chief guest of the closing ceremony.
Speaking on the occasion, In-charge Police Post Dudu, PSI Tanvinder complimented the organizers for the successful conduct of the tournament, adding that holding of this tournament was a step forward to encourage the sports culture for healthy society and to bridge the gap between Police and public.
Later-on, SDM Dudu, In-charge Police Post Dudu along with other dignitaries distributed cash prizes and trophies to the winners of the tournament.
