JAMMU, Nov 14:The School Education Department has ordered that the winter vacations of the Government / private recognized schools of Kashmir Division and Winter Zones of Jammu Division would begin from November 24, 2014 to February 23, 2015 for schools upto Middle standard and from December 8, 2014 upto February 23, 2015 for High and Higher Secondary Schools.
