JAMMU, June 14: Two persons including a woman were found dead in canal in Ware House and Babliana areas here today.
The deceased were identified as Chanchala Devi, wife of late Rishi Ram, a resident of Jeewan Nagar District Jammu and Riyaz Ahmed, son of Ghulam Mohammad, a resident of Bhagwati Nagar District Jammu. Missing report of Riyaz Ahmed also stands entered into the daily dairy of Canal Road Police Post.
After conducting post-mortem, the bodies of the deceased were handed over to family members for last rites.
Satwari and Nehru Market Police have taken cognizance in this regard.
