JAMMU, May 20: A woman allegedly committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at her residence in district Rajouri.
As per reports, Indu Bala, wife of Dwarka Nath of district Rajouri, allegedly consumed some poisonous substance at her home.
Finding her unconscious, family members shifted her to District Hospital Rajouri, where she failed to respond to the treatment and breathed her last.
The body was handed over to family members for last rites after completion of legal formalities.
A case has been registered at concerned police station to ascertain the reason behind such extreme step.
