Woman drug-peddler arrested

RAJOURI, Sept 11: The police nabbed a woman drug-peddler and recovered 710 capsules of toxic nature from her possession near Gujjar Mandi, on Hospital Road here this afternoon.
Reports said that acting on a specific information, a Rajouri police party led by SHO, Yash Paul Singh Jamwal, assisted by lady-police, nabbed the accused woman drug peddler and recovered 710 capsules from her possession. She has been identified by police as, one Nagina Begum, wife of Karamat Hussain, resident of  village Choudhary Nad, presently residing in Ward No. 2 of Rajouri town.
The police arrested the woman and registered a case against her. She also disclosed the name of her lady associate and also revealed that they used to get the consignment from Pathankote. They used to sell the drugs among the local youth. The police has started investigation into the case.
