JAMMU, June 3: Alleging that since the day PDP-BJP coalition formed Government in the State it tried to project RSS agenda in the State, Zeeshan Javed Rana, secretary, Jammu Province, National Conference (NC), said their party will never allow PDP to succeed in this mission.
In a press statement issued here, Zeeshan Rana said that PDP-BJP wants to change the demographic setup of Jammu region and evict the Muslim community from the region, which will lead to turmoil. He said that NC will not allow PDP to project this RSS agenda in J&K.
Terming the act of the Government as illegal, Rana said that PDP and BJP are trying to polarise the situation in the State by forcing families of Muslim community to vacate their homes which the Government alleged have been constructed on forest land. “NC will not allow this to happen. Our party will strive hard to protect their rights and I assure them of our full support in this matter”, he added.
He said that Government has failed on all fronts and added that instead of thinking about the welfare of the people of the State, PDP and BJP is concentrating to polarise the situation which NC would never allow to happen.
