KATRA, Oct 20: Wrestler Vikas of Khanna clinched Keri Kesari title 2013 by defeating wrestler Kaka of R S Pura in the first malli bout of the 15th Annual Keri Kesari Vishal Dangal 2013, organized by Keri Dangal Committee in association with J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association at village Keri, here.
The event was held under the overall supervision of president J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association, Shiv Kumar Sharma and Sarpanch Nashater Singh.
Vikas was awarded a cash prize Rs 10,000, while runners-up wrestler Kaka got Rs 7,000.
Shiv Dev Singh, Ex MLA was the chief guest on the occasion. He distributed cash prizes among the winners and runners-up wrestlers.
Kuldeep Raj Sharma PDP leader and Satish Sharma, president Youth Congress were the guests of honour.
In all, 56 bouts were played in the day long dangal.
