JAMMU, Apr 12: Nine wrestlers and two officials were selected by Wrestling Association of J&K to represent J&K UT Wrestling team in Under-17 (Cadet) Boys Free Style, Greco Roman Style and Women National Wrestling Champion-ship, scheduled to be held at Ranchi (Jharkhand) from April 15 to 17.
The team was selected after the screening, conducted by the Committee of J&K Sports Council, headed by Ashok Singh, Divisional Sports Officer (J) in the presence of Satish Gupta, Dheeraj Sharma, Ravinder Kumar and Sahil Dagoria.
Team for freestyle: Rahul Kumar, Surya Uday Partap Singh, Amit Singh, Shubham Singh, Binia Been, and Mohit Singh Bhau, while Sumit Kumar, Varun Sharma and Shreyans Singh Manhas were selected for Greco Roman Style.
Ravinder Singh and Sahil Dagoria will accompany the team as coach and manager respectively.
