SAMBA, July 22: The Indian Style Wrestling Association is holding Wrestling Championship on July 25, 2013 at Peer Baba Stadium Bari Brahamana, here.
This was informed by Yogeshwar Singh, president of District Samba unit of Indian Style Wrestling Association who was accompanied by Prem Kumar, general secretary of District Samba Indian Style Wrestling Association while addressing media persons today.
He said that the Championship will be held on knockout basis in the weight categories of 55 kg, 60 kg, 66 kg, 74 kg, 84 kg and 120 kg.
General secretary of J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association, Bansi Lal Tidyal said that the selected wrestlers will participate in the Senior State Wrestling Championship at Srinagar, where Rustam-e-Kashmir would also be held.
