WWF India conducts State Level Quiz on Wildlife

JAMMU, Sept 8: J&K office of WWF India conducted a State level “Wild Wisdom Quiz” Competition.
On the occasion, Regional Wildlife Warden, AM Sagar was the chief guest where certificates and prizes were distributed among the participant students.
The top five schools which qualified elimination round were Army Public School Kaluchak, KC Public School, Jodhamal Public School, Heritage School and KV Domana.
More than 1400 students from various schools participated in this quiz and the qualifying students participated today in the State level quiz at University of Jammu.
WWF India conducts Wild Wisdom Quiz at schools and State level of different States of India every year. The winner school of every State gets a chance to participate in National Level Wild Wisdom Quiz at Delhi and a visit to National Park on Wildlife Week in first week of October.
Meanwhile a Biodiversity pledge campaign to support Biodiversity conservation during the occasion of International Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) being held at Hyderabad in October this year was also held at the venue.
