JAMMU, Apr 5: Golden Gladiator Sports Club of Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology organized friendly Cricket match between faculty members and 1st semester students, here today.
The event started with the introduction of the players with the chief coordinator, YCET, Er BR Verma, followed by the chief guest who tossed the coin.
The match was played between Shining Stars and CSE-XI wherein Shining Stars team led by Er Dinesh Gupta defeated the CSE XI team by five wickets and lifted the trophy. Skipper Adnan was declared as man of match and awarded with trophy.
Er Vidhi Singh Jamwal, chairman cum managing trustee, Shiv Dev Singh Jamwal, vice chairman cum managing trustee, Er Renu Bangroo, managing director cum trustee congratulated all the teams and organizers for such an event.
The event was organised by Er Rajnish Magotra, coordinator student’s affair & Er Yuvraj Singh, coordinator of the Club and thanked all the participants and dignitaries for participating in the event.
