UDHAMPUR, Aug 23: A young man attempted suicide by consuming some poisonous substance under mysterious circumstances.
The man, identified as Ram Murti (40), son of late Gulab Chand of Barta, presently putting up at Talab Sailan Udhampur, was admitted in District Hospital Udhampur where doctors referred him to GMC Hospital Jammu in view of his critical condition.
Cause behind the provocation could not be ascertained while Police has registered a case in this connection.
