JAMMU, Dec 13: Defeating Raahil Bhatt by (4-3) in the title clash, Younis Kuchey won the Senior Snooker title at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here today.
Both the players displayed extraordinary snooker skills and finally Kuchey held his nerves in the crunch situation to win the title.
The Championship is being organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Billiards and Snooker Association.
Earlier, in the Junior Billiards final, Kanav Manva defeated Mandeep Singh (3-1) by (52-27, 50-36, 21-50, 52-28) to lift the title.
In Senior Billiards, Sohail Khalid will take on Nikhil Kapahi in the finals.
Earlier, in the semifinals, Sohail Khalid beat Vidit Gauri (3-0) by (100-57, 100-4, 100-76), while Nikhil Kapahi beat Vishal Abrol (3-1) by (100-52, 87-100, 100-71, 100-99).
