SUNDERBANI, Mar 29: The dead body of a youth was found hanging from a tree, about 500 meters away from his own house at village Kangri in Sunderbani area today.
The deceased has been identified as Vinod Kumar Raina (35), son of Surjit kumar Raina, a resident of Kangri in Beripattan area in district Rajouri. People informed police at Sunderbani abouit the matter when they spotted the body hanging from a tree in the morning.
Station House Officer (SHO) Sunderbani, Inspector Sanjeev Singh Slathia rushed to the spot and took body into police custody and then send for postmortem at Sub District Hospital (SDH) Sunderbani. After postmortem, he hand over the body of the youth to his relatives. Police registered a case under 174 CrPC and started investigation.
