BHADERWAH, Nov 9: Young Star Cricket Club (YSCC) Doda today registered a big 115 runs win over Thathri Eleven to strengthen their position in the ongoing Bhaderwah T-20 Cricket Tournament, being organized by Azad Sports Association Bhaderwah at PG Ground, here. Earlier, batting first after winning the toss, YSCC Doda made 166 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in 16 overs. Sohan Singh was the top scorer with 47 runs while Faizal Dev and Syed Burhan contributed 25 and 24 runs respectively. For Thathri Eleven, Ashiq and Ahsan took 2 and 1 wickets respectively.
In reply, Thathri Eleven failed to chase the target and the whole side bundled out for paltry 51 runs in 11 overs, thus lost the match by a big margin of 115 runs. Ashiq was the top scorer from Thathri Eleven who scored 22 runs. For YSCC Doda, Faizan Tramboo and Syed Burhan took 3 wickets each, while Noushair Batt and Imtiaz Hussain bagged 2 and 1 wickets respectively.
Syed Burhan of Young Star Cricket Club Doda was declared as man of the match for his all-round performance.
The match was officiated by Abid and Khalid as umpires, while Yasir acted as scorer.
