JAMMU, Sept 8: Zakariya Bhat brought laurels to J&K by winning gold medal in the Ist International Thang Ta Championship held at Ho Am Indoor Sports complex, Chungju, South Korea.
Bhat thrashed Suk Min Gyu of South Korea in the final bout of the 30 Kg weight category of the Sub Junior Boys in the Ist International Thang Ta Championship.
In the championship, teams from India, Philpinnes, France, Ukraine, Nepal Malaysia, Greece and host South Korea took part.
