KARGIL, Oct 16: The 10th CEC Cup Archery Tournament was successfully organized by the Youth Services and Sports Department in collaboration with the Archery Association of Zanskar.
Er. Punchok Tashi, Executive Councillor for RDD, Cooperative, and Information, LAHDC Kargil, graced the event as the chief guest, while Sub Divisional Magistrate Zanskar, Romil Singh Donk, served as the guest of honour. The tournament highlighted the importance of sportsmanship and communal harmony, with the Executive Councillor extending his congratulations to the winning teams.
A total of 39 teams participated, with Zanskar United emerging as Champions and Archer Crew Padum securing the runners-up position. Trophies and prizes were presented to the winners by the Executive Councillor and other distinguished guests.
