SRINAGAR, Apr 5: One person died and three other were injured in two separate road accidents in the Valley. Police spokes person said, a Tanker bearing registration number JK014B/6707 hit a motorcycle bearing registration number JK01H/6680 near Kachachkoot, Awantipora, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist Sameer Ahmad Dar son of Abdul Rashid and pillion Shabir Ahanger son of Ghulam Mohammad resident of Shala Bagh, Anchar Soura, Srinagar. Both the injured were shifted to Hospital where Shabir Ahmad Ahanger succumbed to his injuries. The body of deceased was handed over to his relatives of last rites. Police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, an unknown vehicle hit a motorcycle bearing registration number JK018/3425 near Zadoora Crossing, Mirbazar, Kulgam, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist Javid Ahmad Bhat son of Abdul Aziz resident of Bhanghal, Kulgam. The injured has been shifted to hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard. In another accident, a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK03C/7610 hit and injured a nine-year Nawaz Ahmad Rather resident of Buchoo at Buchoo, Anantnag. The injured boy was shifted to hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard.
