UDHAMPUR, Mar 10: A pedestrian was knocked to death by a Motorcycle even as the biker and pillion rider also sustained injuries in the accident near Battal Balian Udhampur.
The deceased was identified as Om Prakash (40), son of Dharmu, resident of Aghar Jitto Katra, District Reasi. The injured identified as Motorcycle rider Mohinder Lal (22), son of Parkash Chand of Chowki, Tehsil Ramnagar and pillion rider Sham Lal (35), son of Puran Chand of Ghordi Tehsil Ramnagar are undergoing treatment at hospital and their condition was stated to be stable.
The accident took place when the Motorcycle hit the pedestrian resulting into injuries to the trio, who were shifted to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors declared the pedestrian as brought dead.
