UDHAMPUR, Mar 31: One person died and three others were injured when a Bolero car rolled down into deep gorge at Ladha link road in Chenani, here today.
Reports said that the car, bearing registration number JK14K-0594, was on its way from Madha towards Kither when driver lost control over the wheels resulting into the accident.
On getting information, SHO Chenani Anil Kumar along with his team rushed to the spot and took the injured persons to CHC Chenani where doctors declared the Bolero driver as brought dead.
The deceased was identified as Rinku (32), son of Gyan Chand, resident of Ward number 3, Madha, Tehsil Chenani.
The injured persons were identified as Neeraj Singh (20), son of Sansar Singh; Ramesh Singh (50), son of Amar Nath and Joginder Singh (24), son of Raj Singh, all residents of Kither, Chenani. They were later referred to District Hospital Udhampur for the advanced treatment.
