JAMMU, Aug 28: On the recommendations of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Commission, the Department of Home, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, has ordered regularisation/promotion of 10 incharge (I/C) Joint Directors (JDs) and Deputy Directors (DDs) as Joint Directors (JDs) in the Prosecution Department.
As per an order issued in this regard, the JDs and DDs who have been promoted as JDs are Gulshan Ahmad Kaloo, Ichpal Singh, Maroof Ahmad Manhas, Murtaza Nasir, Riyaz Ahmad Darzi, Mahesh Kumar, Pawan Kumar Khajuria, Laeeq Ahmad Dar, Aejaz Ahmad Bhat, and Sunita Kargotra.
“The regularisation/promotion of the officers shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s)/appeals/OAs/TAs, if any, pending before any competent court of law/tribunal,” read the order.
