JAMMU, Feb 4: Consequent upon their promotion, 10 JKAS officers have been transferred and posted as District Mineral Officers in various districts.
According to an order in this regard, Javid Ahmad Rather has been posted in Srinagar district, Hilal Ahmad Bhat in Pulwama, Salam Din in Udhampur, Peer Zahid Ahmad in Baramulla, Gulshan Kumar in Jammu, Showkat Ahmad Bhat in Anantnag, Shajhat Ahmad Qureshi in Kupwara, Rajinder Singh in Kathua, Mohammad Sayeed in Samba and Mohd Naseeb in Rajouri.
The officers presently working against the posts of District Mineral Officer in these districts, shall report to the Joint Director Geology and Mining, Jammu/Kashmir, as the case may be.
