10 officers transferred

JAMMU, Mar 16: Government today ordered transfers and postings of 10 officers including 3 KAS officers and also repatriated one officer to his parent department.
According to an order issued by General Administration Department (GAD), Kishore Singh Chib, awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, Raj Kumar Katoch, Additional Secretary, Transport Department has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Information Department and Ajay Kumar, Additional Secretary, ARI and Training Department has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Transport Department.
Aijaz Ahmed Shigon, Private Secretary in the Personal Section of the Administrative Secretary, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department has been transferred and posted as Private Secretary with Minister for Finance, Labour and Employment and Culture, whileas Javid Ahmad Mir, Private Secretary in the Personal Section of the Administrative Secretary, Information Technology and Science and Technology Department has been transferred and posted as Private Secretary in the Personal Section of the Administrative Secretary, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
Ajay Bharti, Under Secretary, School Education Department has been transferred and posted as Additional Private Secretary with the Minister of State for Transport (Independent Charge), Rural Development and Horticulture, Mohit Raina, Under Secretary, Home Department has been transferred and posted as Secretary, School Education Department and Feroz Ahmad Mir, Under Secretary, Ladakh Affairs Department has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary, Hospitality and Protocol Department.
Abdul Ahad, Chief Planning Officer, Kupwara has been transferred and posted as Special Assistant with Minister for Rural Development and Nisar Ahmad, Geologist, Grade-I, Geology and Mining Department has been transferred and posted as Special Assistant with Minister of State for Industries and Commerce, Power Development and Housing and Urban Development.
Meanwhile, Dr Farooq Ahmad Peer, Associate Prof, Department of English, presently on deputation as Member, J&K Service Selection Board has been repatriated to his parent department–Higher Education Department.
