Srinagar, Aug 1: Police have seized more than hundred quintals of rice in Achabal area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district which was being illegally sold among people, an official said here today.
The official said that a truck driver, Mohammad Ashraf, was selling the rice among the people at Somran village of the district. “The driver had come from Punjab with the rice supply and he was supposed to unload the truck at Baramulla in North Kashmir.
