REASI, Mar 10: A 100 years old man was knocked to death by a speeding Dumper at Grah Morh in Reasi, here today.
The deceased was identified as Bali Ram, son of Lakhu Ram and father of prominent Dogri singer Chaman Lahiri, resident of Mahore, presently putting up at Kattal Grah Morh. He was crossing the road when a speeding Dumper hit him on Reasi-Jyotipuram road.
The victim was rushed to District Hospital Rajouri where doctors declared him as brought dead. According to family members of the deceased, Bali Ram was 100 years old.
