KATHUA, Sept 4: The police seized 1000 litres of diesel from Bani area and arrested two persons including an engineer of Garrison Reserve Engineering Force (GREF) today.
Reports said acting on a specific information a Bani police party conducted raid at Kardow and found driver of tipper No. JK08B/1071, Mohinder Singh of Sandhar in Basohli purchasing 1000 lt (5 drums) diesel from JE of 69 GREF. The police arrested driver and JE Ramesh Paul Singh of Prem Nagar, Pathankote. The police also seized diesel and registered case against the accused persons.
